For 33 years, I have served as President and CEO of the organization that I founded. It’s been an incredible journey, and I have enjoyed leading the organization over these many years now. As much as I have enjoyed leading, I am equally excited to announce new leadership to the organization here at HOG.

Vince Giordano recently served as our VP of sales for four years and made fantastic connections and forward progress both within, and outside of the organization. Our customers, our vendors, our team members, and our community all benefited tremendously from his leadership here among us.

Although he’s been gone for a year now, I feel like he never fully left. In recent days, as we began to explore the possibility of his return, I felt that the organization would benefit greatly from his leadership at a higher level. Vince has a solid grasp on so many aspects of the organization and I know that he will leverage his knowledge and his relationships to effect tremendous results as our President. I will resign as President as of Monday, April 10, 2023, and Vince Giordano will take the reins of leadership. As President, Vince will have direct oversight of sales, marketing, operations, customer service, and finance. I will continue in my role as CEO and will also continue my role in leading product development and the field services we offer.

Vince has spent the last 25 years as a successful sales leader. He’s been an active sales leader and contributor closing complex sales for large institutions from Stanford University, Disney, and Ochsner Hospital Systems in New Orleans to large governmental agencies. Most recently, Vince served as VP of Business Development for Notes Live. Notes Live is a Hospitality and Entertainment company that develops and operates exclusive entertainment venues across the country. In his role, Vince was responsible for selling luxury suites and financial investments to high-net-worth investors. Prior to that, Vince served as Vice President of Global Sales for HOG Technologies. Vince also served as Vice President of Field Sales at NuCO2, where he led a national team of Territory Sales Representatives and Regional Sales Directors selling carbonation systems. Vince has been recognized with numerous awards, including five straight President Club awards at NuCO2.

Vince earned his MBA in 2020 from Quantic School of Business and Technology and holds many professional certifications. He has a Certificate in Post-Crisis Leadership and a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. He is a student of leadership, a black belt in kung fu, and a brown belt in jiu-jitsu, a father of three, and has a voracious appetite to serve those he works with and for.

He is a unique blend of a kindhearted friend and fierce fighter. In fact, he’s a formidable competitor no matter what it involves. I have found him to be incredibly creative, a tireless thinker, a voracious reader, and a relentless warrior. He’s a talented communicator, a good organizer, an effective recruiter, a visionary, and a man of action. He motivates others through his own example and his passion for our products and customers. He loves God, family and Country. He’s been so successful yet has remained so humble. I am confident you and I will all benefit from his capable leadership, whether you are a member of the hog team or one of our valued customers or vendors. I’m so grateful to have found this gentle, tenacious leader/competitor.
