The Paint HOG Jr is built on an Isuzu NRR chassis and does NOT require a CDL license to operate.
The Paint HOG Jr features two 80-gallon (303-liter) SS pressurized lateral kettles under the deck, allowing more storage space for material. The material is vacuum fed from two paint totes into the kettles removing the need to stop and remove the totes if the kettles are full.
The aluminum-constructed canopy covers the deck which features a rear step with an RPM basket option, D-rings for machine mounting (such as bitumen hardline). The regulator panel is mounted to the canopy for deck space.
The Paint HOG Jr uses two 49 GPM (185 LPM) SS diaphragm pumps for paint recirculation. This also achieves flow mixing of the tank.
