Competitive Advantages

Hot oil evenly heats the surface of the kettle, never exceeding temperatures of 550°F vs 2000° of open flame on competitive trucks. This eliminates scorched or burnt material. In addition, the temperature stays below the melting point of the glass beads which allows for the truck to instantly shutdown without waiting for the material to settle to the bottom.

Our HOG Pump was specifically built to pump thermoplastic. Versus competitive pumps, the HOG Pump is 1/3 the size and 1/3 the weight. In the case of maintenance or repair, the HOG Pump does not need to be removed from the chassis. In addition, it can be attached to any thermoplastic truck without any modification to hydraulics.

Precisely adjust the thermo pressure to the guns. The guns can also be easily viewed and monitored without having to worry about clutter.

Easily Monitor All Operation Elements from a Data Logging System

The Thermo HOG only uses 2 kettles versus competitive trucks which use 4 to 6 kettles. This allows for the Thermo HOG to be up to seven feet shorter than other trucks and allows for more deck space to haul material. In addition, the Thermo HOG only uses two burners versus other trucks that can use up to nine.

Hog speed control versus expensive high-maintenance hydrostatic speed

The Thermo HOG can heat up in roughly one hour. With this ultra-fast start-up, there is no need to wait around for hours for a kettle to heat settled material, saving time on every job.

Our patent-pending speed control system eliminates the need to constantly look back and forth between your speedometer and the crosshairs when laying down thermoplastic upon a line, drastically reducing or eliminating the margin for error.
