If you ask people what their New Years resolutions are, you’ll all too often get an answer that sounds more like a destination they want to arrive at but no tangible steps that will enable them to actually arrive. The “goal” is often so vague that even if they achieved it, there would be no real mechanism to alert them that they had arrived. Don’t make that mistake this year. If your goals don’t include numbers and timelines, your chances at achieving them will be radically diminished.
